ZAP LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective August 14, 2026

Please read this document carefully. It describes the rules and data practices that apply when you use Zap.

These Terms govern your use of the Zap Discord bot, zapbot.lol, and related features. By installing, accessing, or using Zap, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Zap.

1. Eligibility and Discord rules

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and be permitted to use Discord. You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable rules. If you install Zap in a server, you represent that you have permission to do so.

2. What Zap provides

Zap provides virtual economy and casino games, profiles and progression, quests, collectibles, player trading, server configuration, moderation, AutoMod, verification, anti-raid tools, appeals, feedback, and a web dashboard. Features may change, be limited, or be removed as Zap develops.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Zap to break the law or Discord's rules; harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others; exploit bugs or automation; manipulate the economy, votes, rewards, rankings, or markets; evade enforcement; interfere with Zap's operation or security; access another person's account or data; or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.

4. Virtual currency and games

ZapCoins, balances, prestige tokens, items, cosmetics, rewards, and all other in-bot assets are fictional, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be purchased from or redeemed with Zap for real money. Casino and card games use only virtual currency. Zap may correct balances, reverse exploit-related transactions, or remove improperly obtained assets to protect system integrity.

5. Moderation and server administration

Server owners and moderators—not Zap—are responsible for their communities, rules, permissions, configuration, and moderation decisions. Automated tools can make mistakes. Administrators should review settings, logs, warnings, filters, verification actions, and permissions and should not rely on Zap as their sole safety measure.

6. Your content and feedback

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You permit Zap to process and display it as needed to operate the requested feature, enforce these Terms, keep Zap secure, and comply with law. Zap may use submitted suggestions and feedback without payment or obligation.

7. Availability and enforcement

Zap may experience downtime, data loss, errors, or interruptions. Access may be limited or terminated for violations, security risks, abuse, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Server administrators may remove Zap or restrict its use in their servers.

8. Third-party services

Zap depends on Discord, hosting and infrastructure providers, DiscordBotList, Top.gg, and linked services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. Zap does not control third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zap's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost virtual assets, lost profits, or server disruption arising from use of Zap.

10. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as Zap changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be submitted through Zap's official support server, available with /support.
